The Ordering Process


Artists from all over sell their art on the Gallery B website. Each artwork is accompanied by a short description and specifications (dimensions, weight, etc.) to assist you in finding the best masterpiece to suit your needs. We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase so if more information about any artwork is required, please contact us by using the contact form on this site.

In rare events, artworks may be sold by artists using other means outside of Gallery B. Therefore, selected artworks will be reserved at the time of the order and held with a 10% refundable deposit. The order will be paid in full after we can ensure the availability of the artwork with the artist and shipping arrangements are agreed upon. 


Shipping costs will be indicated in a purchase order sent after reserving the selected artwork. The delivery and packaging costs depend on the nature of the ordered artwork and shipping options. Artworks will be delivered to the address indicated in the purchase order.

The artist will package and label the artwork and contact the selected carrier when ready.

Once you have  received the package you should check the condition of the artwork. In the rare case there is any damage, you should reach out to Gallery B in writing within 48 hours from reception of the package.  Gallery B will work with you and the artist to determine the best solution.


Gallery B is dedicated to providing you with accurate descriptions and visuals of the artwork featured on our site. However, if you are displeased with your acquisition, you can reach out to us and we will gladly offer you a refund. Requests must be made within 10 days of receipt of the artwork and the artwork must be returned in its original condition.

Refunds will be processed back to the credit card or original method of payment after the artwork is returned and inspected.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first double check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank directly. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us so we can investigate the matter.


Since we work with many artists, it is advised to contact us for the correct return delivery address.

All returns require a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing of shipping insurance.


Orders can be cancelled if requested before the artwork has been shipped. After this time, artworks can be returned unopened following the our return guidelines.
