Why purchase your art from Gallery B?
Gallery B only offers original works from emerging artists. Our selection represents a variety of mediums and price points to accommodate many collectors. By purchasing through Gallery B, you are investing in the careers of budding and established artists, bringing daily inspiration into your life, and supporting the future of the arts.
When will my artwork arrive?
Though we cannot guarantee specific shipment dates until an order has been placed, unframed works typically ship within 7 – 10 business days and framed works take a bit longer, usually shipping within 10 – 15 business days. Works that ship from US and international artist studios make take longer to be shipped.
Shipping times may increase for international orders depending on local requirements. For orders that require special shipping, please contact us to make the proper arrangements.
As soon your piece has shipped out, you will receive a tracking number and you can always reach out to us with any questions by emailing info@gallery-b.art. If you would like to expedite your order or shipping please contact us.
Please note, signature is required upon delivery of artwork.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated by the size of the package. Artists usually ship their own works and can be located anywhere in the world. Please feel free to reach out to info@gallery-b.art for any specific shipping and handling questions.
Can I change my shipping address?
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. Once marked as “delivered” by carrier tracking, we are not responsible for the package. Please ensure the correct address is entered at time of order.
Do you ship internationally?
We are happy to ship artwork globally. To allow us to best serve you, please complete the shipping form upon checkout and try to be as detailed as possible, including a phone or mobile contact number is always helpful for international orders. There will be a shipping fee added to your order depending on the size of your piece(s) and where you would like your artwork shipped.
International Taxes & Duties:
Please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local guidelines apply and your order may be subject to import taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. However, if applicable, we will support with any communication of information with customs as necessary.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We are unable to ship to PO boxes for liability and insurance reasons. Please provide your full daytime delivery address as well as a contact phone number to ensure smooth delivery.
My package is lost, what should I do?
If your package is lost in transit, please email us right away at info@gallery-b.art and we will try our best to resolve the issue. If the item has not been marked delivered and hasn’t arrived within 30 days, we will refund your order free of charge (US only). For International orders, please contact your local postal service for information on how to file a claim as we are unable to replace lost packages from international orders. Please note that Gallery B is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared ‘Delivered’ by the delivery service.
What is your return policy?
We are dedicated to providing our collectors with accurate descriptions and visuals of the artwork featured on our site. However, if you are displeased with your acquisition please email us at info@gallery-b.art. We’ll gladly offer you a refund within 10 days of receipt of the artwork. What is an "Original Artwork"?
An original artwork is a completely unique piece of artwork. Mediums typically include: oil, acrylic, watercolor, etching, or pencil. If there is an original work that you love that is no longer available for sale, please email info@gallery-b.art and we can discuss a potential commission for a new original artwork with the artist on your behalf.
